These are actually my bottles in my flower garden.
I always wanted to make a bottle tree, but haven't taken the time yet. So I just stuck some metal stakes in my flower bed and put my bottle collection on each one. I love color in my garden. Especially in the winter anything colorful makes up for not having anything blooming.
Wow, what a beautiful and clever use for something that might end up being thrown away! Another idea for bottles that I saw a friend to years ago was to make a path with them. First he filled them with dirt and then he buried them bottoms-up. Just the closed ends were sticking up and of course he arranged them in such a way that the path was whimsical and winding. It was really pretty though. Sorry to ramble. I love the look of your blog! :)
